Quipteams gives you a slick, self-serve platform to order and retrieve devices on a pay-per-use basis. Remoasset runs the whole laptop lifecycle for you as a managed operations layer, with native MDM, certified wiping and a written 24/7 SLA behind it.
Quipteams figures from its public site, 2026. Re-verify before publishing.
Quipteams moves fast, quotes transparently, and covers a lot of ground. But it is built as a platform you drive: your team places the orders, chases the exceptions, and owns everything the dashboard doesn't do.
Remoasset covers the same procurement, retrieval, storage and buyback ground, then runs all of it as an operations layer, so the coordination, the chasing and the exceptions are ours, not your team's.

Quipteams has a strong integration surface and certified Blancco wiping — we won't pretend otherwise. Where Remoasset goes further is in who runs the lifecycle and what is guaranteed in writing when things break.
Quipteams positions itself as device management on autopilot, and for ordering and tracking, the platform genuinely is smooth. But a self-serve platform automates the transactions, not the operation. Someone still triages the failed pickup in Lagos, the delayed clearance in Riyadh, the leaver who stops answering emails. In a self-serve model, that someone is your IT team.
Remoasset is built the other way around: you tell us the outcome — new hire equipped, leaver's device back, wiped and re-deployed — and our team runs the coordination, the follow-ups and the exceptions. The platform is how you see it happening, not how you make it happen.
Quipteams pre-enrolls Macs in Apple Business Manager and PCs in Intune before shipping, which is a real convenience on day one. After delivery, though, the ongoing management of the device — policies, security posture, faults, transitions — sits with whatever MDM your team already runs.
Remoasset carries the device past day one with native MDM across five platforms: Miradore, Kandji, Hexnode, Intune and Jamf. Enrollment, ongoing control, maintenance coordination and a clean handover at retrieval are part of the same managed lifecycle, not a separate tool your team stitches in.
Quipteams gives every account a dedicated 24/7 account manager, and by all public accounts the team is responsive. That is worth something. But responsiveness is a promise of effort — it tells you someone will pick up, not what happens next when a device fails in a country you don't operate in.
Total Care+ is a defined commitment in writing: 24/7 hardware support, a guaranteed 3-day express replacement when a fault cannot be resolved remotely, and a 5-unit global spare pool held for immediate allocation. When it matters most, you want the outcome in the contract, not just a name in your inbox.
Drawn from the "What do you dislike" sections of public Quipteams reviews on G2. These are the complaints reviewers report, in our own words.
An IT manager at a mid-market company said Quipteams needs to add several integrations before it is on the right path — a separate reviewer specifically wants the web platform connected to Slack, which it currently is not.
An IT engineer flagged that their only concern with Quipteams is being charged for storing the equipment of offboarded users — in a pay-per-use model, holding a leaver's device is itself a billable service.
A People & Talent lead called out the payment UX/UI as the immediate area for improvement, describing an unconventional flow where laptops arrived before payment had even been requested.
An enterprise reviewer reported shipments being delayed on more than one occasion, attributed to component shortages, while an IT support specialist separately noted delays at one point with a specific type of device.
An IT operations engineer said the portal UI could be improved and is awaiting a redesign that has not yet shipped to everyone — another reviewer described an adjustment period getting familiar with the interface and workflows.
These complaints share a shape: a platform your team operates, fees that accrue per service — even for a leaver's stored laptop — and integrations still on the roadmap. Remoasset's answer is structural: an operations layer that runs the lifecycle for you, with published subscription pricing and MDM and HRIS automation built into the plan.

Native MDM across five platforms and ongoing device control, built in.
Certified NIST 800-88 wiping with a record your auditors accept.
24/7 support and a 3-day replacement guarantee, not just goodwill.
In-country operations across 80+ markets, with real depth in the Middle East and APAC.
No tool wins every time. Here is where each one is the right choice, so you can decide with clear eyes.
For self-serve, transactional device logistics, it is a fair choice.
You want the operation handled, not just tooled.
If you already run device logistics through Quipteams, nothing breaks on day one. We layer in the parts a self-serve platform leaves with your team, usually native MDM enrollment and management, structured retrieval and certified NIST 800-88 wiping, on a single country or team first.
Once you see the lifecycle running without your team operating it, we extend procurement and the rest of the operation across your countries at the pace that suits you.
Send us the countries you hire in. We will show you exactly how procurement, delivery, and retrieval run in each one, and who does the work. No locked contract to find out.
