Fleet's OPEX pitch is genuinely attractive on day one: no down payment, bundled warranty, a loaner during repairs. But leasing means every laptop in your fleet is a multi-year financial commitment to a vendor, and at the end of each cycle, you own nothing.

Fleet's support terms and certifications are genuinely strong. Where Remoasset differs is structural: who owns the hardware, who chooses the MDM, and whether leaving means unwinding a lease.
Fleet's no-down-payment leasing genuinely helps cash flow, and for some finance teams the OPEX structure is exactly right. But the rent runs for the life of the cycle, and at the end the devices go back. The residual value that a well-managed fleet builds up belongs to the lessor, not to you.
